Today's vintage trade magazine article comes from the March 1985 issue of "Playthings" magazine. The story presented here is a pretty interesting read on what was then an almost completely new concept for toy makers- Action figures marketed to girls. Of course, She-Ra and the Princess of Power line figure prominently here... but I was really surprised to see her wearing her crown in the original, intended "masked" position in the included publicity still. Enjoy!
